Please note that to confirm your accommodation reservation/s, a 50%
deposit of your total accommodation is required within 48 hours from date
of enquiry.

The balance of your accommodation amount is payable 14 days prior to
arrival. Should your reservation be made within 14 days of your arrival,
balance of your account must be settled on arrival by cash, credit card or
bank guaranteed cheques.

All extras will be charged for and payable on departure from the lodge.
Should the deposit not be received within the specified time, we will
contact you to either confirm your reservation or release.

Please note that no booking is considered confirmed until a deposit is
received and our reservations office has sent through your confirmation
letter.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations charges apply as follows:

· More than two months prior to check-in date: Admin charge only
· 28-60 days prior to check in date: Forfeit 30% Booking Value
· 14-28 days prior to check in date: Forfeit 50% Booking Value
· 1-14 days prior to check in date: Forfeit 100% Booking Value
. Non-arrival or early departure: No Refund – Total booking value is forfeited/payable.

. No refund for high season
. No refund for special events
· 20% admin charge on any refund made

Should your reservation be confirmed as a management guarantee and be cancelled within 48 hours of your arrival, you will be charged one (1) full nights’ accommodation.
